Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
